The Athens Academy Dress Code: The Godfather Edition

As a school that focuses on preparing young boys for a future of business and a life in the Italian mob, I, Don Corleone have put in place a dress code one cannot refuse, or will face a penalty much worse than death. The garments included in this dress code should always be clean and crisp. No colors other than black and white should be worn and hair should always be gelled. By following these rules your rascals will be prepared to enter my business.  Follow my guidelines and no one will be hurt.

Outfit:
-The first step is a black and white pinstripe suit, single breasted and fitted perfectly.
-White button down with cuff links.
-A silk white handkerchief folded in the suit pocket.

Shoes:
-A freshly shined pair of black tuxedo shoes.

Accessories:
-A ring with the crest of the family the boy belongs
-A Fedora with a white hatband, a cane and money.

Not allowed with out punishment:
-Any color other than black and white.
-COPS

By sending your little boy here you give us the right to corporal punishment and any other necessarily punishment, and if reported death in coming your way.

Be Aware, Don Vito Corleone

  1. I recently read The Godfather and the tone of this is perfect. My favorite part is how "your hair should always be gelled" and that you must wear "a ring with the crest of the family the boys belongs." Just by adding those things sets the tone for the entire piece.
