At Athens Academy you are here to learn. You should be dressed appropriately when you come to school. The way you dress influences the little kids in the preschool. The children want to act like you act and wear what you wear. Your clothing should be clean and meet the standards of Modesty, Safety, and Serviceability. Modesty is very important especially for the little girls. You should be covered at all times. Little girls are very impressionable. No clothing should have profane language written on it. We wouldn’t want the little kids learning any bad words. Your hair should be brushed with no extreme colors or styles. The younger children don’t understand extreme hairstyles and will point and ask questions. You all are role models for the little kids and should dress accordingly.

The font itself sets the tone for this piece. I also like how you refer to boys and girls as big boys and big girls. Your tone about how the big boys and big girls are the models for the little girls and little boys throughout the guidelines also help set the tone that a first grade teacher is writing the piece.
